We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Functional Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in leading consulting and implementation projects for our valued customers worldwide.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee end-to-end implementation, including requirement gathering, product configuration and customization, data migration, hands-on training, testing, and support. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including presales and support teams, to ensure seamless project execution.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills to engage with customers and provide convincing solutions. Hands-on experience with at least one well-known ERP or Business Support System is essential, along with domain knowledge in ERP applications and expertise in defining, modeling, analyzing, and documenting cross-functional business processes.

You will also require proficiency in requirement documentation and visualization tools, knowledge of software development practices, and hands-on experience with functional, regression, and integration testing. Strong analytical, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and negotiation skills are also necessary to excel in this position.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or a similar role, with successful completion of at least 3-5 full implementation lifecycles for any known ERP or product. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT is required, and Business Analysis Certification (CBAP) is highly desirable.

Requirements:
