Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales team in various activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Scheduling: Provide accurate and timely reports as required by the line manager, including maintaining schedules and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Pending Orders and Deliveries: Follow up on pending orders and standing orders, ensuring prompt delivery of products to customers.
  • Quotations and Customer Communication: Send quotations to customers in the absence of the Salesperson, and communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery information or alternative product recommendations.
  • Sales Meetings and Compliance: Organize sales meetings as required, and ensure adherence to HACCP & ISO procedures at all times.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Experience: A proven track record in sales coordination or administrative roles is highly desirable.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
  • CRM Systems and Microsoft Office: Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
