Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Muscat. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing assistance with bookings and payments, resolving service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to emails and phone calls, managing customer complaints, and collaborating with other teams to improve service quality.

  • Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills
  • Experience with online booking systems and payment processing
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English
  • Ability to work on-site in Muscat
  • Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
