We are seeking a highly qualified HSSE Manager/Officer to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HSSE programs tailored to pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSSE policies, procedures, and programs that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate hazards and operational risks.
  • Lead incident investigations and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture through training, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor environmental impacts and drive sustainability efforts in line with corporate ESG goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSSE practices into day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and present HSSE performance reports to senior leadership and regulatory authorities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HSSE roles, preferably in pharmaceutical or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Deep understanding of local regulations and international HSSE standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
