The Spa Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences for guests. Key responsibilities include managing the efficient operation of the department, ensuring consistency with Six Senses brand operating standards, and developing cohesive goals with the Director of Wellness.


  

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to improve product and service offerings.
  • Constantly assessing and reviewing processes to remain relevant, innovative, and aligned with Six Senses wellness and sustainability principles.
  • Responsible for reviewing services, products, and rates to ensure relevance and alignment with Six Senses wellness and sustainability principles.
  • Efficiently operating the spa, addressing guest complaints, and conducting service recovery or delegating tasks to hosts to meet guest expectations.
  • Regularly meeting with the Director of Wellness to plan next steps in spa operations and collaborating with involved departments.
  • Knowledge of all facilities, services, treatments, and benefits offered by the spa, as well as package plans, wellness programs, and special promotions.
  • Managing guest history and profiles, conducting site inspections, and ensuring all details are in place for daily operations.
  • Coordinating the Visiting Experts calendar, developing spa packages and programs, and adapting the spa menu to align with company updates, local market requirements, and guest needs.
