Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the night shift, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate the night shift team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
