Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Site Director to lead the delivery of our construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, budget, and resource manage projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee site operations, including labor supervision, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular project updates.
  • Support Project Managers with technical expertise and ensure adherence to project procedures.
  • Manage project schedules, invoices, and submittals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a reputable institution
  • At least 12 years of experience in construction management, focusing on water and wastewater network and infrastructure projects
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • A dynamic personality with a proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in relevant software
