Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to oversee our financial operations.

  • Supervise all accounting activities, including the preparation of entries, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate records for monthly statements.
  • Verify cost assignments, allocations, and apportionments to retail stores and other departments/divisions.
  • Review and reconcile entries as needed.
  • Ensure monthly financial results adhere to IFRS and group accounting policies.
  • Oversee subsidiary transactions, supporting the preparation of consolidated financial reports and ensuring timely submissions of monthly/quarterly financial statements and annual audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in financial supervision, accounting operations, and consolidated reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and group accounting policies.
  • Expertise in cost allocation, reconciliation, and intercompany transactions.
  • Experience in establishing internal control procedures and safeguarding company assets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Work Experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management in a similar industry.
  • Extensive experience in cost allocation, reconciliation, IFRS compliance, and consolidated financial reporting.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.
