Business Systems Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for implementing business processes and ensuring system compliance.

The successful candidate will have experience with Salesforce and a strong understanding of business systems, including NetSuite and others.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on multiple business systems and deliver exceptional experiences to our employees.

The Commercial Systems unit has several areas of responsibility, spread across five engineering teams that collaborate closely with other engineering and business teams.

The Business Systems team is responsible for managing various systems, including Salesforce, and working closely with operations teams to implement business processes and ensure system compliance.

This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely interested in understanding the business, has high engineering standards, and can drive first-class experiences for our employees using these systems.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.

Around here, we work closely together as a global distributed team, meeting 2-4 times a year in person to align on strategy and execution. We strive for engineering quality and process efficiency.
