Technical Ambassador for Open-Source Software

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Technical Ambassador for Open-Source Software to join our team. As a key member of our community engagement team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with open-source communities, developers, and organizations.

You will work closely with our development teams to understand their technical challenges and identify opportunities to engage with the open-source community. You will also collaborate with other stakeholders to develop strategies for promoting our products and services through open-source software.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience working with open-source software and communities
  • Strong technical skills, including programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently to attend conferences, meetups, and other events
  • Passion for open-source software and its potential to drive innovation and collaboration
