  • Key Responsibilities:">
  1. ">
  2. Oversee and manage infrastructure management teams/third-party vendors responsible for data center operations and maintenance, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and power and cooling systems.">
  3. Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to ensure optimal use of data center resources and scalability to meet changing business requirements.">
  4. Provide guidance on server deployments, hardware upgrades, software installations, and server configurations to meet performance, security, and compliance standards.">
  5. Manage network equipment configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.">
  6. Ensure data integrity and availability by managing storage systems, provisioning storage resources, configuring storage arrays, implementing data replication and backup solutions.">
  7. Enforce data center security policies and procedures, implementing access controls, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.">
  8. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, backup and restore procedures, and failover mechanisms to ensure data center resilience and continuity of operations in the event of disasters or outages.">
  9. Lead and provide guidance to teams/third-party vendors, assigning tasks, providing training, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.">
  10. Maintain accurate documentation of data center configurations, procedures, and operational processes, adhering to change management policies and procedures for implementing changes to data center infrastructure.">
  11. Identify opportunities for service improvement and collaborate with vendors to implement enhancements, streamline workflows, and optimize service delivery.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.">
  • 12 years of experience in infrastructure and IT operations, with at least 10 years in a leadership role, overseeing end-to-end IT operations and managing third-party vendors.">
  • Fluent in English language.">
  • Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.">
