
Marketing Operations Assistant

This job involves supporting the sales team by providing coordination services, facilitating deal management, and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of tasks and successful client interactions.
- Client Communication: Establish and maintain regular communication channels with clients to ensure prompt response times and personalized service.
- Deal Management: Utilize the CRM system to track and manage deals effectively, fostering sales growth and pipeline development.
- Presentation Preparation: Develop engaging sales presentations tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Administrative Support: Offer critical administrative support to the sales team, guaranteeing timely completion of tasks and seamless client interactions.
Successful candidates for this role should possess:
- Proven Experience: Two or more years of experience in an administrative or sales support capacity, ideally within marketing or sales administration.
- CRM Familiarity: Previous experience working with CRM systems is advantageous; comprehensive training on HubSpot will be provided.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills to effectively manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and optimize workflow.
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Enthusiasm for Business Development: Genuine interest in driving sales growth and contributing to business success.
- Proactivity: A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and sales strategies.
