About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a results-driven Associate Director of Marketing to join the opening and Sales & Marketing department at Jumeirah Muscat Bay Resort.

This role supports the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the growth and success of Jumeirah.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in developing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives, ensuring coherence with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  2. Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they are executed effectively and on time.
  3. Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  5. Assist in maintaining and enhancing the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications and materials.
  6. Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  7. Manage the marketing budget, monitoring expenses, and optimizing ROI on marketing investments.
  8. Analyze campaign performance, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Communicate marketing plans, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.
  10. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
