Bakery Leader

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned pastry professional with a strong background in leadership and team management. With at least 2 to 4 years of experience as a baker and pastry chef, the successful applicant will have a proven track record of overseeing production in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Lead daily operations to ensure consistency and excellence in all baked goods and desserts.

• Develop and implement new menu items that reflect a high level of creativity and culinary expertise.

• Collaborate with the executive chef to maintain cohesive flavors and presentation throughout the menu.

• Mentor and train a small team of bakers to develop their skills and ensure high-quality products.

• Implement quality control measures to ensure each item meets the highest standards of taste and visual appeal.

• Sources ingredients that meet high-quality standards while ensuring efficiency and minimizing waste.

• Develop and maintain accurate recipe documentation and cost controls to optimize inventory and reduce waste.

• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols, including HACCP standards.

• Assist with special events and custom orders as needed to provide personalized and high-quality offerings.
