Drilling Operations Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Drilling Site Supervisor to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations on-site.

The role involves supervising contractors, managing logistics, and reviewing drilling plans to ensure timely completion within budget.

  • Supervise drilling site activities, including contractor management and logistics coordination.
  • Review and approve drilling plans, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Liaise with engineers and contractors to resolve technical issues and optimize drilling operations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in drilling and workover operations, with at least 5 years as a Drilling Supervisor.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Open Well and/or DIMS programs.
  • Well Control Certificate.
