The Lobby Ambassador – Omani Culture at Mandarin Oriental, Muscat, serves as the cultural face of the hotel and the symbolic gateway to Oman. This position is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for Omani heritage and are eager to share it with others.

Job Responsibilities
  • Guest Interaction & Cultural Representation: Greet all guests in traditional Omani attire, sharing insights into Omani customs and traditions.
  • Lobby Presence & Guest Experience Support: Maintain a strong, welcoming presence in the lobby, monitoring and supporting lobby ambiance and guest flow.
  • Event & Cultural Activation Support: Collaborate on cultural displays and holiday celebrations, providing cultural awareness sessions for colleagues.
