About The Job
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Interaction & Cultural Representation.
- Greet all guests in traditional Omani attire with warmth and professionalism.
- Share insights into Omani customs, traditions, and etiquette.
- Offer dates, Omani coffee, or incense where appropriate.
- Recommend cultural attractions and local experiences.
- Lobby Presence & Guest Experience Support.
- Maintain a strong, welcoming presence in the lobby.
- Monitor and support lobby ambiance and guest flow.
- Assist Front Office colleagues during peak times.
- Event & Cultural Activation Support.
- Support planning cultural displays and holiday celebrations.
- Collaborate on lobby cultural activations with Marketing and PR.
- Internal Support & Training.
- Provide cultural awareness sessions for colleagues.
- Assist in onboarding by sharing Omani etiquette and heritage.
