Construction Project Leader
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Leader to oversee site development and handle client and contractor queries and escalations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor site development progress and ensure timely completion of projects
- Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the real estate development industry
- Excellent knowledge of project management, conceptual planning, and designing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
