Job Opportunity: HR Director

At Salwa Health Care LLC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services in Oman. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a skilled HR Director to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will also play a key role in shaping the company culture and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and lead a team of HR professionals; develop and implement HR strategies to drive business success;
  2. Develop and maintain organizational charts; define and document roles and responsibilities; design competitive remuneration packages;
  3. Drive visa application and processing for expatriate staff; coordinate relocation processes; develop and implement HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management;
  • 7+ years of professional HR experience, ideally from a services-oriented business;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
