Customer Experience and Sales Role

This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through sales and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or hospitality, and will be able to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business success.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through sales meetings, conferences, and networking events.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
  4. Manage social media channels and online presence to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  5. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  6. Support the sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and contract negotiations.
  7. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Opera and marketing software.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry and customer service.
