About the Role

The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance activities across facilities. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing maintenance strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring optimal performance of mechanical, electrical, and civil assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Strategies: Lead the development and execution of maintenance strategies across operational sites.
  • Daily Operations: Manage daily maintenance operations including preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of maintenance supervisors and technical staff across electrical, mechanical, and fabrication disciplines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with asset owners and cross-functional departments to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Oversee maintenance planning, budgeting, and cost control to support operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all maintenance activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, performance metrics, and condition monitoring systems.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 10 years in food manufacturing space and 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems, equipment lifecycle management, and rotating/static equipment.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, with fluency in technical and financial terminology.
