Accounts Payable Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all supporting documents are in order.
  • Process invoices according to established procedures, including coding and submitting to the Chief Accountant for verification.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with purchasing, receiving, and cost control staff to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience with POS and PMS systems (Opera/PSMS/Info Genesis/Micros) and Accounting System (SUN System).
