Job Description:

We are seeking a Floor Operations Coordinator to manage the daily activities of our production or service floor. This role will oversee staff, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and maintain accurate records.

  • Assign daily operational tasks to staff.
  • Monitor employee attendance and workplace discipline.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Train new workers on safety procedures and operational guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, good communication abilities, and basic knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
