Product Development Lead

The Product Development Lead is responsible for driving the vision and strategy of our platform's roadmap. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into clear user stories and oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch, iteration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Vision & Roadmap:
    • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
    • Identify market trends and customer insights in telecom and AI-driven solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to translate product requirements into clear user stories.
    • Collaborate with telecom integration experts for seamless connectivity with core network systems and OSS.
    • Oversee Generative AI and LLM capabilities integration into product features.
    • Embed AI-driven insights and recommendations in the user experience.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch, iteration, and continuous improvement.
    • Prioritize feature development based on data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including telecom operators and regulatory bodies.
    • Gather, analyze, and integrate feedback to refine product features and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to enhance the product value proposition.
    • Monitor performance metrics and adjust the product strategy accordingly.
    Requirements:
  1. Experience: 7-10+ years of product management experience in tech/software products, preferably within telecom, enterprise, or data-intensive industries.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecom network dynamics, real-time data processing, and performance metrics.
