We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive all sales activities and capitalize on business opportunities within their designated area.

As a Sales Manager, you will execute comprehensive sales action plans to achieve and surpass set targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Determine parameters, prepare quotes, and negotiate prices with customers for transient and group business related to our properties.
  2. Analyze market conditions, including competition trends, through direct sales solicitation, telephone, and targeted mail in your market areas.
  3. Maintain detailed records of major accounts and contribute to managing the accounts system.
  4. Foster a selling strategy during negotiations and maximize upselling opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  2. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
  3. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Experience in governmental sales and a hospitality background are essential.
  5. Local experience and proficiency in Arabic language are preferred.
  6. Proficiency in hotel management systems is required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and providing innovative solutions to guests.
