**Sales Manager Role Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities within their specific area of responsibility. The role involves executing all sales action plans, including key responsibilities such as:

  1. Ensuring comprehensive coverage of the portfolio, engaging with all levels of accounts to provide excellent client service, achieve targets, and maximize productivity.
  2. Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets.
  3. Establishing parameters, quotes, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business in connection with properties.
  4. Providing feedback on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, based on direct sales solicitation, telephone, and direct mail in market areas.
  5. Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting superiors in managing the accounts system.
  6. Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities whenever possible.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive, strong problem-solving, organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in sales efforts.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights to inform future sales strategies.
**Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
