Sales and Business Development:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales efforts in the flexible packaging industry. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and marketing within the flexible packaging sector, with a minimum of 15 years of experience. They should be well-versed in products, processes, and market dynamics, as well as possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients across GCC, Africa, or both.
  • Expand our market presence within the Labels & Flexible Packaging sector through identifying new business opportunities.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve targeted revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Promote sales performance and market insights through regular reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and price strategies to optimize profitability.
