This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to expand market share, build strong client relationships, and consistently deliver results-driven outcomes.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the flexible packaging sector, including products, processes, and market dynamics. A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and marketing within this industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients across GCC, Africa, or both; established connections in the Oman market are highly valued.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our market reach within the Labels & Flexible Packaging sector.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring sustainable year-on-year growth.
  • Collaborate closely with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
  • Promote sales performance, collections, and market insights through regular reports.
  • Negotiate contracts, discuss pricing strategies, and lead discussions to maximize profitability.
