Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Payment Consultant to oversee the roadmap alignment of PS-PayHub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing business analysis and requirements definition, providing guidance throughout project execution. Your expertise in gathering requirements, participating in software design, and ensuring solution readiness will be crucial in driving the success of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent banking experience with a focus on payments from customer experience, operations, and end-to-end payment execution lifecycle. You will be required to work closely with customers to gather and document requirements, define them into stories with product owners for the development team. A solid knowledge of all types of payments including SWIFT, MI Payments, Cross-Border Corridors, and Remittance Management is essential.

This role requires excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. The ability to provide vision and direction to the team and stakeholders throughout the project is also crucial. If you have experience working on multiple payments-related projects with banks, FIs, and/or PSPs in the MENA region, this could be the ideal opportunity for you to take your career to the next level.

Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain the PS-PayHub roadmap aligned with market needs and main payments industry players trends.
  • Manage business analysis and requirements definition and detailing roles with customers as part of the project execution lifecycle.
  • Elicit and gather requirements from multiple sources.
  • Document solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments.
  • Verify and approve functional and business readiness of solution releases based on customer approved and signed detailed requirements and design baseline.
