F&B Support Specialist

This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals to provide administrative support within the Food and Beverage Division, ensuring adherence to established standards and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily office activities, processing documents accurately, maintaining effective communication, and completing assigned administrative duties.
As a key member of the team, you will conduct yourself professionally and demonstrate commitment to our organization's purpose statement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inter-office and intra-departmental communications, including telephone, paging, and facsimile systems.
- Prepare menus, letters, reports, forms, and other documents for the food and beverage office.
- Promptly complete and deliver documents and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, including alphabetical, chronological, trace, and daily files.
- Manage the Director's files, including daily, trace, and other relevant files.
- Ensure the Director's schedule and appointments are maintained.
- Maintain overall office organization, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Deliver accurate completion of menus, transcripts, and meeting minutes.
- Handle communication with purveyors, peers, and other business interactions effectively.
- Interact with guests, employees, management, and owners in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive, result-oriented attitude, focusing on personal and professional growth.
- Handle sensitive matters confidentially and discreetly.
- Adhere to environmental policies, procedures, and best practices relevant to the role.
