  3. Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, adhering to HACCP regulations.
  4. Lead a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Qualifications
  • A professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course is essential.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong culinary background and excellent leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
