About the Role
  • As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team and driving menu innovation.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Responsibilities include developing menus, managing inventory, and supervising kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement menus that reflect the latest culinary trends and meet customer expectations.
  2. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to set pricing strategies and manage inventory levels.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  4. Foster a positive and motivated team culture, promoting a collaborative approach to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • A professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course is essential.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong culinary background and excellent leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
