Senior Civil Engineer Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tasks and projects, including supervision of survey/field teams and delivery teams.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to process and analyze data to inform project decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, and water-related works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including survey/field teams and delivery teams.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and codes, and identify areas for improvement.

As a Senior Civil Engineer Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering value-added design solutions for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from infrastructure development to water management.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical and business skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. They will be a strategic thinker, able to anticipate and mitigate risks, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, and water-related works.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
