- Collaborate with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.">
- Coordinate training sessions and manage training records.">
- E nsure compliance with Omani labor law and company policies.">
- Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling, correspondence, and office supply management.">
- Prepare documentation for audits and coordinate with external auditors or government inspectors.">
Required Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting or related field.">
- Experience in finance, HR, or administrative roles (minimum 2–3 years required).">
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or Oracle).">
