This position requires a skilled individual to oversee payroll operations, maintain accurate records, and provide effective support to employees and management.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing payroll processing, record-keeping, and reporting to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinating compensation activities to ensure timely pay data compilation, processing, and reconciliation.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including leave balances, medical insurance, dependents, benefits, and annual leave.
  • Providing expert advice on compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

An ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  • HR professional with 3 years of experience as a bachelor's degree holder.
  • 7 years of experience as a Diploma holder.
  • Detailed knowledge of Omani Labor Law and social contributions.
