Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Fast Line Technical Services LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
About the Role:The Commercial Officer - Control Systems is responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive sales growth, build relationships with customers, and identify new business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the instrumentation control systems market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND PROSPECTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND ISSUE RESOLUTION.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor Of Engineering in Instrumentation/Electronics with minimum 8-10 years post qualification sales experience in Oman/Gulf in Control & Instrumentation Equipment Sales.
- Proven sales track record and ability to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
