Job Description

The Country Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations and executing the company's strategy in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and expand the company's footprint in Oman, aligned with business objectives, standards, and guidelines.
  • Build, enable, and retain a high-performing team by employing skilled resources in the right roles and positions.
  • Oversee the implementation and achievement of corporate business objectives and strategies.
  • Ensure sound financial performance and manage the Company's P&L statement.
  • Develop and maintain successful working relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Act as the main ambassador of the company, promoting its reputation in the market.
  • Assume overall responsibility for operational functioning and compliance with governance policies.
  • Drive high performance through leadership and team inspiration.
  • Lead the deployment and execution of company policies locally, coordinating with different divisions and Head Office teams.
  • Design and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

Requirements:

  • A dedicated individual with a proven track record in corporate leadership and achievement in the ICT industry, with at least 5 years' experience in the Oman market.
  • Over 10 years' experience in managerial and leadership positions, with a degree in Business, Management, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR, with experience in managing large-scale channel ecosystems.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and managing people skills, with the ability to successfully identify and resolve challenges.
  • Fluency in English is required, with Arabic being a plus.
