We are seeking a highly organized Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Prysmian Group.

This role involves ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly, including task completion, supply management, and providing exceptional support to staff and visitors.

  1. Coordinate the preparation and serving of coffee & tea, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and timeliness.
  2. Develop and implement efficient systems for organizing and managing kitchen & office supplies.
  3. Track and report equipment and supply usage, making recommendations for replacement and inventory control.
  4. Provide administrative support as needed, assisting the Manager and other departments in achieving their goals.
  5. Ensure accurate and up-to-date file organization and maintenance, facilitating easy access and retrieval.
  6. Play a key role in meeting coordination, setting up meeting spaces and arranging necessary equipment.
  7. Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment, scheduling regular cleaning sessions and enforcing tidiness standards.
Key Qualifications:
  • Completion of Higher Secondary School.

  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong relationships with colleagues and visitors.
  • Familiarity with coffee and tea preparation methods.
