
Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Prysmian Group.
This role involves ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly, including task completion, supply management, and providing exceptional support to staff and visitors.
- Coordinate the preparation and serving of coffee & tea, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and timeliness.
- Develop and implement efficient systems for organizing and managing kitchen & office supplies.
- Track and report equipment and supply usage, making recommendations for replacement and inventory control.
- Provide administrative support as needed, assisting the Manager and other departments in achieving their goals.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date file organization and maintenance, facilitating easy access and retrieval.
- Play a key role in meeting coordination, setting up meeting spaces and arranging necessary equipment.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment, scheduling regular cleaning sessions and enforcing tidiness standards.
- Completion of Higher Secondary School.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building strong relationships with colleagues and visitors.
- Familiarity with coffee and tea preparation methods.
- A respectful and courteous demeanor, reflecting positively on the company's image.
