We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing regular financial reports, performing audits, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Daily tasks include processing invoices, managing payroll, budget management, and assisting in financial planning and analysis.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proficiency in accounting software and tools like QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant programs.
- Skills in financial reporting, auditing, and being detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Experience in budget management and financial planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of Omani financial regulations and standards is beneficial.
