Job Description

We seek an experienced Senior Development Planner to join our team. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of development planning, project controls, and program management.

  • Develop and manage the Master Development Strategic Program aligned with annual business objectives and corporate key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Break down corporate KPIs into project-level deliverables and monitor progress accordingly.
  • Prepare forecast and actual progress reports, including revenue recognition and cost analysis.
  • Monitor contractor performance and review extension of time claims, contract programs, and contract milestones.
  • Lead the Project Control Systems, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, procurement strategy, and risk management.
  • Generate weekly/monthly progress reports and lead project audit readiness.
  • Ensure timely property title deed processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale developments including high-volume residential projects, hotel, retail, and commercial projects, and infrastructure masterplans.
  • Provide expert advice on value engineering and logistics.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 with cost loading, resourcing, and progress tracking.
  • Solid understanding of construction law and contracts.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CIOB, MICE, AACE) preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in planning roles with both pre- and post-contract exposure.

Skills

  • Strong practical construction knowledge.
  • Ability to advise on value engineering and logistics.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 with cost loading, resourcing, and progress tracking.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
