Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the culinary operation, ensuring the smooth running of kitchen sections, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the culinary team in preparing and serving a wide range of menu items, including European cuisine dishes.
  • Ensure all kitchen areas and sections are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members in food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Able to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
