Marketing Data Analyst Role Overview

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze data from marketing campaigns and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.

About the Role
  • Analyze data from marketing campaigns to evaluate performance and effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards tracking KPIs and campaign metrics.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Use statistical analysis and modeling to forecast results and recommend strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends to improve data analysis processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing testing strategies, including A/B testing, for campaign evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in data or marketing analytics, preferably campaign-focused.
  3. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Tableau.
  4. Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
  5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
  7. Proactive problem-solving skills.
  8. Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
