IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and offering help desk support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • EUC Device Imaging, Configuration, and Handover
  • Laptop Imaging, Configuration, and other proactive activities
  • Desktop Imaging, Configuration, and other proactive activities
  • Enable connectivity between computers, laptops, printers (local & network), RFGuns, and OT devices with Cummins Core Applications
  • Installation of End User Devices to LAN and validating that devices are connected to the network
  • Install and Configure Laptop devices (DHCP/File System/Storage/etc.) as required
  • Scenario 1: OS Imaging & deployment manually with USB stick or via SCCM task sequence at onsite location
  • Scenario 2: OS Imaging & deployment via Intune Autopilot, with onsite end-user support for OS imaging (login) or application installation issues
  • Configuring printers and scanners
  • Device unboxing, verification, and power-on testing
  • Rack & stack new devices at designated locations
  • Connecting all required cables
  • Providing device access to project team and performing basic configuration
  • Verifying connectivity for end users by executing test cases to ensure access to local and central applications
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in EUC device management and imaging
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and software applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
