Senior Business Planning and Pricing Manager

In this key role, you will be responsible for driving business planning and pricing strategies to optimize revenue growth and profitability.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing business and annual operating plans for the marketing unit, with a strong emphasis on segment revenues.

You will provide timely inputs to company-wide planning processes, design and implement pricing proposals for mobile and fixed business products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.

This includes developing forecasts for business planning, inventory decisions, and network capacity planning, as well as working closely with finance to develop and maintain revenue/pricing models.

You will own and approve all fixed and mobile pricing innovations for business products and services, ensuring they are clear, attractive, and aligned with market requirements.

This involves analyzing margin trends, translating insights into actionable strategies, understanding current billing and mediation systems, and innovating pricing options that drive customer value and loyalty.

Additionally, you will manage price maintenance and implementation, support account managers and presales teams in pricing complex bids, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 6 years of experience in planning and pricing roles within telecom or related service industries, along with a university degree in Commercial, IT, or Telecom.

Key skills required include marketing, financial analysis, strategic evaluation, commercial acumen, customer orientation, analytical thinking, flexibility, teamwork, structured task management, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in MS Office.
