Cost Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled cost consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients.

About the Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on new challenges.
  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
  • You will be responsible for measuring and providing valuations of the work carried out and adjusting variations in accordance with the terms of the contract and agreeing with the contractor.
  • You will ensure adequate cost control and reporting services during the contract.

About You

  • You have extensive years of experience in cost management.
  • You have knowledge of value engineering, life cycle costing, contract law and contractual frameworks relating to construction.
  • You have developing experience of managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You have a strong understanding of industry best practice.
  • You can work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition.
