Spa Manager Position

The role of Spa Manager involves overseeing the efficient operation of the spa, ensuring exceptional products and services are provided within brand operating standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining an overall consistency of the company's vision, quality/standards, and developing concepts consistent with brand identity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the spa efficiently to provide exceptional products and services.
  • Develop cohesive and productive goals for the department and establish procedures to achieve them.
  • Maintain consistency of the company's vision, quality/standards, and develop concepts consistent with brand identity.
  • Oversee the management of guest history and profiles.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure all details are in place for daily operations.
  • Responsible for reviewing services, products, and rates to remain relevant and in keeping with wellness and sustainability practices.
  • Ensure that the visiting experts' calendar is in place and develop spa packages and programs aligning with company updates, local market, and guests' requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or Business Management.
  • More than two years of experience in a similar hotel operational role.
  • Advanced technical skills, including MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with various hotel systems, including POS, PMS, and CRM platforms.
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English.
