About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the spa, providing an exceptional experience for guests and developing hosts to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading and participating in wellness initiatives, maintaining consistency with the company's vision and quality standards, and driving innovative ideas to enhance the product and service offering.

  • Staying abreast of industry trends and practices to improve knowledge and skills.
  • Constantly assessing and reviewing processes to remain relevant and innovative.
  • Responsible for reviewing services, products, and rates to ensure alignment with company values.
  • Effectively managing guest complaints and conducting service recovery.
  • Collaborating with departments to plan next steps in spa operations.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of facilities, services, and packages offered by the spa.
  • Overseeing guest history and profiles.
  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring daily operations are well-prepared.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, wellness, or business management, with proven experience in a similar role. The following skills are essential:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or Business Management.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems, such as POS, PMS, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
