Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage department.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the efficient operation of our restaurants, bars, and other F&B outlets. You will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring that all aspects of the F&B department are running smoothly.

In addition to your management skills, you will also be expected to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work well under pressure, think critically, and make sound decisions quickly.

You will be working closely with our culinary team to ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards, and that our guests receive exceptional service at all times.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in hospitality, preferably in a similar supervisory role. You must be fluent in English, and have excellent knowledge of wine and spirits.
