We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Team Leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a keen eye for detail.

The role involves managing the company's vehicle fleet, coordinating with other departments, developing and implementing administrative processes, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration department and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Ensure that all company vehicles are properly insured and maintained.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in an administration role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
