You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, planning, and traffic, to ensure seamless execution and effective communication of ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Direction: Develop and execute strategic plans for advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand values.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team of creatives, providing feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to ensure growth and development.
  • Client Communication: Articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, building strong relationships and trust.
